Custom decals

We are able to offer a wide range of custom decals, even if they are nothing like what we currently offer. Let us know what you are looking for and we'll let you know if we are able to offer this, and the estimated cost if we are able to offer.

The whole process will usually take 30 days, but in some cases it may take 60 days or longer.

We'll usually send you the first sample within 14 days for comment or approval. You can make unlimited number of comments for revision until you're happy with the decals you've received. Print and delivery of the first 2 samples are free, all subsequent samples will come with a £5 print and delivery cost on top of the total cost.

Changes to the total cost is capped at 20% of the estimated cost you receive before any work starts, meaning that you will never pay less than 80% of the estimated cost if the actual cost comes out lower than the estimated, or more than 120% of the estimated cost if the actual cost comes out higher than esitmated. This excludes any print and delivery cost for samples beyond the first 2.

We are able to offer a wide range of custom liveries for models, even if they are nothing like what we currently offer. Let us know what you are looking for and we'll let you know if we are able to offer this, and the estimated cost if we are able to offer.

The whole process will usually take 60 days, but in some cases it may take 90 days or longer.

You can send us a model you already own, or you can also ask us to acquire models on your behalf. We won't cover any postage cost for anything sent to us. However, delivery of the model to you after approval is paid for by us, we assume responsibilty for model loss or damage during this delivery only.

We'll usually send you images of the first sample within 30 days for comment or approval. You can make unlimited number of comments for revision until you're happy with the model shown in the images. Print and testing of the first 2 samples are free, all subsequent samples will come with a £10 print and test cost on top of the total cost. Please note that each time we test the decals we need to take off the old decals and put on new ones, and this may incur additional work hours.

Changes to the total cost is capped at 30% of the estimated cost you receive before any work starts, meaning that you will never pay less than 70% of the estimated cost if the actual cost comes out lower than the estimated, or more than 130% of the estimated cost if the actual cost comes out higher than esitmated. This excludes any print and test cost for samples beyond the first 2.

Good to know

We charge a flat £20 per hour spent working on your request, plus any costs incurrred to fulfull your request, such as acquiring models and technical drawings. If you already have some digital designs at hand and would like us to use, we are happy to use that as much as we can. Doing so can reduce the cost significantly. Please let us know at time of the request.

50% of the estimated cost is payable upfront, with the remainder due on final approval. If we are unable to create the product meeting your expectation after 120 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Anything you've sent to us or acquired on your behlaf will be sent back to you.

First responder discount or any other discounts are not available.

The customer will be liable to ensure that appropriate licences are in place. We are unable to produce any copyright content unless you can prove that you have the approprioate rights to such material.
